The space 🏡 The XXL Boarding School – Up to 27 people Designed for large reunions, tribal stays or professional events, Le Pensionnat XXL brings together several independent accommodations to accommodate up to 27 people. The former boarding school of an agricultural high school has been completely transformed into a harmonious ensemble combining charm, comfort and modularity. 🏛️ The heart of the boarding school The heart of the gîte consists of three emblematic spaces: The Cabinet of Letters, The Observatory of Dreams and The Tower of Knowledge. Together, they form a harmonious set of 7 spacious bedrooms (for 15 people), arranged in a boarding school spirit, combining comfort, charm and functionality. The Cabinet des Lettres offers three bedrooms (two bedrooms with single beds and one bedroom with a double bed), as well as a comfortable living room. The Observatoire des Rêves, more intimate and soothing, has two bedrooms (one bedroom with three single beds and one bedroom with a double bed). The Tour du Savoir, with its singular character, includes two bedrooms with large beds. 🏠 Additional accommodation In addition to the heart of the boarding school, three independent accommodations (at the end of the main gite) make it possible to adapt the capacity and organization of the stay according to the needs of each. The Pupitre is a spacious and bright apartment, ideal for a family or small group wishing for more autonomy. It has two bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room (with sofa bed for 2 people) and a private bathroom. La Craie is a cozy and functional studio, including a double bed, a sofa bed offering extra sleeping space, an equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a private bathroom. L'Encrier is a warm and practical studio, consisting of a double bed and a single bed, an equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a private bathroom. These accommodations offer autonomy and privacy, while remaining integrated into the life of the group. 🏡 Common living spaces On the ground floor, large common areas complement the accommodations and are the real gathering place for the group. You will find an equipped kitchen, a dining room allowing everyone to gather around convivial meals, a cozy living room, as well as a large games room, (foosball, billiards, ping-pong table, air hockey, treadmill) appreciated by young and old alike. 🛏️ All beds are made upon arrival.
