The Zabtároló House is one of the buildings of a cozy old farm, located in a monumental environment in the Balatonfelvidéki National Park. The Zabtároló house is an ideal place for a family or friend holiday, with a unique design, comfortable, modern and fully equipped kitchen inside. The garden has a large swimming pool and a sun terrace. The house has its own terrace with a nice view of the garden and pool. The whole family will surely have a good time here! The space The estate The half-acre estate is located in the Balatonfelvidéki National Park and includes several monumental buildings, partly preserved in their original state from the 18th-19th centuries, which were part of the former farm. Pets used to be kept in these buildings, but there were also maids and a coach house. These buildings have been modernized and converted into comfortable houses. The Oat Storage House This house used to store oats and horse tools for horses. During the renovation, this house was transformed into a 3-bedroom accommodation. One of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor of the house (with a 180cm double bed). Also on the ground floor is the one-room living room-kitchen-dining room and bathroom. From the living room, the stairs lead up to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms: 1) a double bedroom with a separate entrance with a double bed (160 cm) and 2) a gallery open sleeping area with two beds for 2 people. Both levels are air-conditioned, heated with an electric wall panel and air conditioning. This house has its own terrace with a nice view of the garden and pool. Guest access Guests can use the pool, the huge garden, summer kitchen, outdoor dining area, outdoor seating areas, ping pong table, the renovated old stable building, which is now the Event Room/Common Area. Other things to note We are very proud of the 115m2 arched monumental stable built in 1860, which has been renovated as a large community space with various functional furnishings - a large kitchen, living room, dining room, library/reading corner, but can also be used as an 'office' if you need to go to work during your stay. This space is also suitable for hosting various events. We have already organized a company workshop and a small wedding here, to the great delight of the young couple and the wedding guests.
