Welcome to our country house, nestled in the middle of the fields, in the Haut-Doubs. Here, the calm, space and open landscapes immediately invite you to relax and disconnect. Surrounded by nature, it is ideal for recharging and discovering the remarkable sites of the surroundings: forests, belvederes, lakes and the Saut du Doubs. Hiking, walks and outdoor activities punctuate the seasons, as do the pleasures of snow in winter. The space The cottage consists of: On the ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove, electric oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and kettle, open to a spacious dining room 🍽️ Large sheltered terrace accessible from the living room, with garden furniture for your meals and moments of relaxation 🌞 Separate living room with TV, several sofas including a sofa bed (2 extra beds) 🛋️ Bathroom with walk-in shower 🚿 Separate toilet 🚻 Upstairs: 5 spacious bedrooms, each with 2 90 cm beds, one equipped with a baby bed 🛏️ Bathroom with walk-in shower Separate toilet Outside: Adjacent land with swing, petanque court and green space to enjoy nature 🌿 ✨ Ideal for stays with family or friends, this gîte offers comfort, space and many activities, surrounded by nature. Guest access The cottage is equipped with a lockbox for self check-in. Other things to note The provision of sheets and towels is automatically included for one bed. However, for any additional bed, you have two options: - or you can bring your own linens and towels; - Or we can offer you a package including bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels, at a rate of €10 per bed. Please don't hesitate to confirm your choice. Cleaning is required upon your departure (cleaning products are available under the sink). Pets not allowed ❌🐶 Please follow these waste sorting instructions upon your departure: Please separate your waste according to the following guidelines to facilitate its processing: - Packaging, plastics, paper and cardboard, metals and food cartons: to be thrown in the yellow trash bin. - Organic waste (food scraps, peels): to be thrown in the compost bin. - Glass and jars: throw them in the glass bin or take them to the nearest collection point. - Other waste (miscellaneous household waste): to be disposed of in the black/green bin, after being sealed in a trash bag.
