It is located in a quiet and safe guest house in downtown Tumaco, this strategic location has excellent access to transportation services. ONLY A MAXIMUM OF 2 GUESTS ARE ACCEPTED. NO PETS ALLOWED. The space Coliving Marventto has some common spaces, such as an open courtyard that allows aeration and the entry of natural light into the building. A coworking area located next to the reception and a welcome room. These spaces are exclusively for registered guests. The room is totally private and only guests have access. Guest access Guests can use the co-working space, the living room, and the patio as long as they comply with the rules and the established hours. Please note that these spaces are common areas and may be shared with other guests. Common space rules: 1. Use the space during the established hours. (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) 2. Smoking or using e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited throughout the space. 2. Control your noise level.
