Full access to high speed wireless internet throughout the house. The larger bedroom has a queen bed, desk, dresser & full closet. The smaller bedroom has a full/double bed, nightstands & closet with shelving. A brand new Oregon-made queen sofa sleeper is in the living room should you choose to use it. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults, 5th guest must be a child under the age of 12. The kitchen is immaculate. Granite countertops, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker & grinder, french press, toaster, blender, coffee, teas, oil, spices. All the essentials for cooking up a storm: knife block, cutting boards, can opener, wine key, many pots & pans, baking dishes, dish sponges and various pantry items. The living room is spacious and bright, with many south-facing windows, all with privacy blinds. There is one flatscreen TV in the living room. TV service is provided through "AT&T TV Now" internet streaming television, with more than 60 channels and live network TV. Guests have access to Amazon Prime and a DVD/BluRay player, or can log into their own Netflix accounts. Cozy up on the couch or plan your next adventure while browsing our local guidebooks & brochures. We have 1 large portable AC unit that is installed in the living room/kitchen/dining area and we provide fans in the bedrooms. The bedrooms generally stay cooler; we recommend opening windows in the evening to bring in the cool breeze. The covered front porch is a great place to catch the afternoon sun, read a book, or grill on the BBQ. Level II electric vehicle charger under covered carport is free for guests. We provide natural soaps & use all-natural cleaning products whenever possible. This home also generates its own solar power! All the yard, carport, on-street parking is yours to enjoy. As our guest, you'll have access to the entire house and surrounding garden, which is planted with perennial plants & edibles. Covered parking for 1 car, which also has complimentary Level 2 EV charging. Also, there is stress-free on-street parking for 2 more vehicles plus other open space along the street. The home is a full-time Airbnb unit. My husband and I live 5 minutes away. Our goal is to share our community with you while respecting your privacy. We are always available via Airbnb message or phone, or available in person should an urgent need arise. But most of the time we're off adventuring on our own & hope you get out too! There are some blueberry plants near the front of the property that we like to come harvest from (you can too!), but I always try to check in with guests before stopping by to pick. The Northeast Olympia neighborhood is a charming community! It's fun just to walk around the quiet streets. Olympia Coffee Roasters, San Francisco Street Bakery, Thriftway Grocery, State & Central Pub, and Bigelow Park are some of our favorites within a 15 minute walk or even shorter drive. Premier Airport Shuttle (formerly Capitol Aeroporter) is our local airport shuttle which does home dropoff & pickup in Olympia from SeaTac Airport. Olympia city busses are now FREE! The arterial bus lines stop 3 blocks away. Olympia Transit Center 1 mile away. Amtrak Lacey station is outside of town, roughly 15 minutes's drive or walk/Uber 9 blocks to the Route 64 stop which serves the Amtrak station.
