Spacious one-bedroom, self-catering guest suite located in an elevated position close to the beach on the south coast of the Island, with panoramic views that stretch across the entirety of St Aubin's Bay. The space Overview The accommodation was fully refurbished in April 2025, and consists of a small but modern kitchen, a shower room (including toilet and sink), a large double bedroom with two large, fitted wardrobes, and a large open planned dining room and lounge which overlooks Jersey's South coast. Situated on a quiet country lane yet only 3 minutes’ walk to a South-North bus route, and a 10-minute walk to several major East-West bus routes, the property's central position permits easy access to most of Jersey's must-see destinations, yet still provides for a secluded retreat The accommodation is on the side of the owner's property but has its own private entrance and dedicated parking reached via a private lane. The private lane can also be used for outdoor eating and enjoying morning coffees in the sun. Rooms in more detail Bedroom - Brand-new king-size bed and mattress, large picture window with wooded outlook, 100% cotton bedding, two large, fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, ironing board and iron. Bath towels for four guests, and dressing gowns for two guests, are provided, along with four beach towels. Kitchen - The brand new, small but well-equipped kitchen has a sink, fridge-freezer, oven, convection hob and extractor fan, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Plates, bowels, glasses and cutlery are provided. Shower room - Brand new shower, sink unit and toilet. Dining room and lounge - Large open space and large picture windows with view of the entirety of St Aubin’s Bay. The room consists of a dining table for four, two large sofas (one being a sofa bed), a 40inch smart TV. The area • 13-minute walk to the beach; just down the hill is a path which leads straight to the promenade on the south coast enabling you to cycle or walk east or west. • There are beach cafes and a water sports centre all within 10-20 minutes' walking distance along the promenade. • 5-minute walk to a cycle track that winds through the nearby wooded valley of St Peter which can also be explored by foot either via the track or through the woods. • St Aubin's Harbour and Village, with plenty of restaurants and bars, is a 35-minute walk away along the promenade (15 minutes by bike or a 10-minute drive). • St Helier is a 10-to-15-minute drive away and the airport approximately 10 minutes. • It is a short drive to the beautiful bays of St Brelade, Beauport, Portlet, Plemont, Greve de Lecq and St Ouen. • One of Jersey’s top attractions, The War Tunnels, is a 20-minute walk away. • Wheatlands Golf Course is a 12-minute walk away or 2 minutes by car. • At Beaumont, a 10-minute walk, you’ll find a supermarket (open Mon - Sat 8am - 8pm, Sun 8am - 7pm), two restaurants, a gastropub and a takeaway.
