The house is immersed in tranquility but well connected for day trips and excursions. Very close by is: a supermarket, a deli-pizzeria, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a chocolate shop, a pastry shop-bakery and the medical guard. The nearest hospital is in Bosa, a 20-minute drive away. Other things to note In case of medical need, the medical kit is located in the last drawer of the cabinet in the bathroom on the ground floor. The fire extinguishers are located: one in the basement on the ground floor and one under the sink in the kitchen on the first floor. The general electricity meter is located to the right of the entrance door. The panels with the electricity differentials are located: to the left of the front door (concerning the ground floor) and one to the left of the kitchen entrance (concerning the first floor). In the kitchen you will find: the refrigerator, freezer, electric oven and washing machine; the hob is induction with equipment included; plus a wood-burning fireplace that heats the entire house. In the living room there is: the heat pump-air conditioner and the TV; all the instructions for the appliances can be found in the penultimate drawer of the bathroom cabinet on the ground floor. The windows have mosquito nets: To open them, you have to push by rotating from below to unlock them. In the basement there are beach games for children. On the first floor, inside a flower box, there are beach towels. The kitchen tablecloths are in the first drawer of the cabinet in front of the stairs on the first floor.
