The space You will find three bedrooms, with two queen beds, a trundle bed (either two twins or a king), two desks for working, and a full chef’s kitchen and full bathroom. There is also laundry. Easy entry via the front door with an electronic lock system to provide 24/7 access. The fully-equipped and updated kitchen contains a microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer, coffee supplies (including Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, Aeropress coffee maker, Chemex coffee maker, Baratza coffee grinder & kettle), cooking supplies (including pots & pans, cooking utensils, baking sheet & knife block). The living room includes a 55" television as well as a comfortable couch and extra chairs and seating. Charging stations throughout the house make it easy to keep your devices powered! Kitchen: counter charging station, living room: charging console behind couch, bedrooms: charging alarm clocks & lamps, desks: charging lamp, Bathroom USB charging outlet. Please be aware there is a short flight of steps at the entry to the house. While there is no driveway for parking, we are able to provide two digital parking permits for street parking. Guest access The full house is available to you for your use, with the exception of the basement & attic (upstairs studio). The basement and attic have separate entrances with no internal stairwells or access, ensuring your privacy.
