Our accommodation is located 12 km from the coast (Ouistreham and Luc sur Mer), and you can enjoy many visits to the region, including the landing beaches and the Caen Memorial. The space Located in a subdivision, our 145 m2 accommodation offers 2 master suites (one on the ground floor and the other upstairs) - 2 other bedrooms upstairs with a separate bathroom. Plenty of storage is available. Outside, you can enjoy a south-facing terrace with little overlooking where your children can have fun with our trampoline, swing and all our children's other toys! In the living area, a beautiful 65 m2 living room will allow you to gather in 4 spaces: the dining room that can accommodate 8 people, a cozy lounge area with TV, a beautiful fully equipped open kitchen with a bar and a "games" area with a foosball table and a dartboard. We entrust you with our little cat Stitch, who spends a lot of time outside but comes back to eat, so we will be grateful if you fill his bowl, he is very cuddly and will not bother you! Please do not smoke inside the unit. Guest access All areas are accessible, however, the majority of our belongings will be present and we count on you to take care of them and respect our personal belongings. Other things to note A cleaning fee of €170 is offered. A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival, which you can give us by check or cash.
