The space Quillmito /kiʎmˈito/ is a word composed of two Quechua words, "quillu" which means yellow, and "mitu" which means mud or clay. On the yellow clay, up there, is this beautiful viewpoint on the edge of a cliff, in the middle of a beautiful valley bathed by the waters of an imposing waterfall. On the yellow clay, where every walk with the eyes and every breath of fresh air is rewarding. Near Chachapoyas, just beyond the well-known Gocta, the Amazon region hides much of its charm. Quillmito is also the perfect starting point for a new adventure. Between the unexplored district of San Carlos, full of wonders and traditions; and the central city of Pedro Ruiz Gallo; it is the strategic site to start expeditions throughout the Amazon. We have a plot of more than three hectares, perfect for exploration and contact with nature. In addition to that, there are crops all over the place; plantations of bananas, strawberries, pineapples, yucca, sacha inchi and other typical crops of the towns of this region.
