Cozy Mountain Home

Our home is newly remodeled with brand new flooring, carpet, kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures. It is a cozy old house in a quiet family neighborhood. Huge yard with big trees and lots of shade. Conveniently located close to the freeway, hospital, food and shopping. The space You will have the entire upstairs of the house. Full kitchen, living room, 3 bed, 2 full bath. The basement of the house is a separate rental unit. The yard and laundry room are the only shared spaces. The laundry room is downstairs but both units have a door that locks for privacy. Guest access Access to everything except the separate basement rental unit. The yard and laundry room are shared with other potential renters. For this reason access to laundry is NOT guaranteed. We are often there using the laundry facility to flip between renters, washing towels and sheets. Other things to note This is our home. We are traveling full time. Please be respectful of the space and treat it like you would want guests to treat your home.
