Tiny Home Glamping with Kayaks

Come “glamp” in this backyard tiny home! Enjoy the sounds of nature while being conveniently located close to town. Unlimited use of giant swing, kayaks & fire pit. Feel free to grab fresh eggs from the chicken coop. Kayak through the creek to Aberdeen Lake and enjoy sightings of turtles & birds. Sit by the fire and listen to the frogs croak. One Queen futon & two small loft sleeping areas are best for children! It is a SMALL house. Sheets, towels, pillows & sleeping mats for loft are included. The space This is a true tiny house located behind the main house, set on a creek with lake access. Best for 2 adults but can fit 2 children as well. Kitchen area has mini fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker and hot plate. The indoor/outdoor bathroom has a sink and a shower with hot water as well as a composting toilet. Outdoor table on private deck. Tray tables and TV in tiny home. Games and books provided. Kayaks, paddles, life jackets and fire wood provided. Sheets, blankets, pillows provided as well. Sleeping mats for loft areas! Access to tiny home is through the gate on the right side of the house. Guest access Guests may access the entire backyard including the fire pit, kayaks and chicken coop areas. Guests are not to use main house deck or enter main house property. Guests may park on the right side of the main driveway or in the street. Other things to note Must sign waiver beforehand to use backyard amenities. Lost/broken kayak fee of $500, lost/broken paddle fee of $100, lost life jacket fee of $50. Dogs may be allowed, please ask, pet fee $50. Please note that the loft spaces are very tight and will not fit most adults comfortably. Bathroom is indoor/outdoor with no heating or cooling. Toilet is a composting toilet. Please note in colder winter months that the water will be warm in the bathroom but may not be HOT since the instant water heater cannot function as well below freezing.
