This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, with heated outdoor pool, spa, outdoor kitchen with brazier, outdoor barbecue, petanque court, kitchen/dining room with table for more than 16 guests, 4 double bedrooms (180 x 200), a dormitory with 6 single beds (90 x 200), two bathrooms, a TV room and a "bar" area, bordered by walking trails leading to the river, 5 minutes from Quimperlé and 17 minutes from the ocean. Other things to note The rental is not possible for anyone under 25 years old. A contract will be established between the host and the tenant. The tenant must provide a photocopy of their ID at the time of sending this completed and signed rental agreement. No animals allowed. Classic coffee maker (ground coffee not included ) with reusable filter and charcoal not included. Sheets provided, towels not provided. Rental is only possible for a minimum of 7 nights from July 1 to August 31.
