Historic Studio w/ SeaView - No Stairs, Rare find!

Welcome to the quiet, residential area of Riomaggiore, where you'll find a stylish, brand new studio with the best of every world: modern design, rustic features like wood beam ceilings and stone arches -- not to mention the magical sea view AND a frontal view of the medieval 13th century Castle at its entrance. Close to everything in town, a standout feature at La Vista is that there are no stairs to arrive from the train station. All guests get the reduced rate on boat tours + cooking class. The space This is a brand new studio, designed by architect. It's the perfect getaway for couples and small families , located in the perfect spot to explore the Cinque Terre. From the train station, I will send you a video on how to arrive to us -- no stairs! :) But don't worry, if you want, there's a shortcut staircase right in front of the apartment, where it's a straight shot right onto the main street. It doesn't get easier than this. Guest access The entire unit is yours , make yourself at home! In front of the apartment is a bench, where you can sit and enjoy the stunning view! Just remember , it's public space, so please keep it clean. (The area is very residential, so the benches are typically empty and is easily accessible for our guests staying in the unit.) You are in a very safe area of Riomaggiore, with incredible views. If you are two guests and would like to also use the sofa bed, there is a surcharge of €25. Other things to note We do have private , paid parking for our guests, but spaces are limited, so prior arrangements are required to guarantee space.
