With no shared spaces (except the gated entrance and the beach access), the setting allows guests to fully settle in and enjoy the space on their own terms. Indoor areas flow naturally outdoors, creating an open environment where unhurried days and nights unfold without constraint. The bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, hotel-grade linens, soft waffle robes, and walk-in rain showers. The living space opens directly onto the pool deck, where an infinity plunge pool and lounge seating create room to unwind, entertain, or enjoy music without interruption. Outdoor features include cliffside soaking tubs, open-air shower, and an alfresco living and dining area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. A private path and steps lead down to the beach below. Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and its amenities. The atmosphere is relaxed and permissive — designed for privacy, comfort, and the freedom to enjoy the space as you wish. Guest access Guests have complete, exclusive access to their private villa, with no shared indoor spaces or common areas. Your villa is fully private, including the infinity plunge pool, outdoor soaking tubs and showers, and alfresco living and dining areas. The ONLY Villas Collection consists of two private, uniquely designed beach villas. The two villas share a common property gated entrance and beach access. Our staff is discreetly on-site to provide personalized service when desired, allowing guests to choose their preferred level of interaction — from attentive assistance to complete privacy. PLANNING SERVICES Pantry Stocking Service (Highly Recommended) Arrive to a fully stocked villa — no shopping required. We provide a suggested pantry list including snacks, beverages, fruits, and essentials. You select your items, and we pre-stock the villa prior to arrival Pantry items are invoiced at cost $25 USD transportation fee applies to this service Pantry invoice to be reimbursed upon arrival (cash, credit card, or Airbnb money request). Additional restocking or shopping requests after arrival may incur an extra transportation fee CULINARY EXPERIENCE Menu features delicious local, fusion, and international dishes. To ensure the freshest ingredients and seamless service, we ask guests to place meal orders in advance. You’ll receive access to our menu ordering system once your booking is confirmed.
