Quiet house, located in Petite Montagne in the heart of a village with all amenities (supermarket, bakery, butcher, dairy, pharmacy, doctor's office, dentist, veterinarian, restaurant, pizzeria, post office, bank...) Beautiful views of the countryside from the terrace equipped with garden furniture. Fully fenced garden. The space The accommodation consists of: - On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room/living room overlooking the terrace (equipped with an awning and table and chairs) and the meadow below (fully fenced). - Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 120), 1 bathroom. Toilet on the ground floor and upstairs. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, except for the loggia upstairs we book. Access to the greenhouse is not allowed. Other things to note A pet is accepted provided it does not access the floor, is clean and does not cause neighborhood nuisances (barking). The blind must be closed in case of wind and when you are not at home. Trash cans are behind the wooden door (please sort your trash). Put the glass in the green basket (we'll empty it).
