Welcome to "Roof Top 125" in Nahariya, Western Galilee. The property offers two fully equipped vacation apartments, just a short walk from the beach and close to shopping and entertainment centers. The penthouse features a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and a large rooftop with a pool, spa jacuzzi, and seating areas. It accommodates up to 6 guests. Pets are welcome :) The space The property spans two floors. The penthouse, located on the 5th floor, is featured in the pictures, while the second apartment is on the 4th floor and has 4 bedrooms. The penthouse includes a bedroom with a double bed and a 65-inch cable TV. The room also has a comfortable sofa bed, with the option to add a double mattress for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, and a coffee corner. There's a dining table for 6 and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. From the bedroom, you can access a large rooftop terrace with stunning views of the bay, sea, and city. The terrace includes a refreshing swimming pool (5x9 meters, 1.7-meter depth), a spa jacuzzi for 8 people, a BBQ area with a gas grill, sunbeds, umbrellas, and seating areas. (Foldable tables are available for larger events upon request). For religious guests, a hot plate and urn are available. Upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee, we can recommend a private chef for meat or dairy meals. The penthouse accommodates up to 6 guests for overnight stays, but parties for up to 15 people are possible. Guest access The penthouse is located in Nahariya, just a short walk from its stunning beaches. We are also close to the city center, where you’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and even synagogues. Public transportation is easily accessible, with a 10-minute walk to the train station. We’ll be happy to provide recommendations and assist with any questions upon your arrival. Other things to note The reservation price includes 18% VAT Tourists presenting a passport and valid B2 visa will receive a refund of this tax at check-in day.
