The apartment is located in the city center, overlooking the sea. Beach located 2 minutes on foot via the iron bridge which is in front of the house. It is composed : - a bathroom (sink, shower, WC) + hairdryer - a bedroom with wall-mounted wardrobe (hangers provided) + table and iron. - sitting area with BZ (for 2 people) + TV -Small fitted kitchen (microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, gas hob, fridge with small freezer, washing machine) - dishes are included. - Small terrace with table, chairs and parasol. - Air conditioning and clothes line included. Bath sponges are rented 5 Euros per couple (2 large, 2 medium) Bed sheets are also rented (10 Euros for the bed and 10 Euros for the BZ) The mezzanine is not accessible. This accommodation includes stairs. It is located on the first floor. Pets are not accepted. The apartment is non-smoking. The inventory will be made on arrival and at the start of each stay (breakage and cleanliness). A deposit of 250 Euros will be requested upon arrival. Nearby you can find: - A large E.
