Villa Hamptons is a spacious house with an area of over 500 m2, 40 minutes from Warsaw, perfect for relaxation, integration and workshops. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, billiards, a cinema room (available only in the summer season). 3 terraces, a large garden with a swimming pool, sauna and relaxation area. The space Welcome to Villa Hamptons – a spacious house located in a quiet Huta Podgórna, just a 40-minute drive from the center of Warsaw. It's the perfect place for a family getaway, a gathering with friends, or an intimate event in a unique atmosphere. The villa offers 5 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (including one with bath and shower). A large living room with a fireplace, a pool table, sofa beds, and a TV creates a comfortable space for relaxing together. Next to it, there is a dining room with 12 people and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, microwave, large fridge, freezer, and coffee maker. Three terraces provide a variety of relaxation opportunities: on the ground floor, with an exit from the dining room – a seating area, main terrace on the first floor (accessible from the corridor and one of the bedrooms) – with a gas barbecue (April - October), sun loungers and a lounge area, private terrace attached to the master bedroom – perfect for peaceful moments. Outside there is a large, fenced garden with a seasonal swimming pool, sauna, charcoal grill (April - October) and a place to feast. There is also a wood-fired hot tub for guests. In the garage, a cozy cinema room with an Android TV projector, comfortable armchairs and poufs has been arranged – perfect for evening film screenings - available only in the summer season. Villa Hamptons can accommodate up to 21 people. There are 5 bedrooms upstairs with 13 beds. There are two comfortable double sofas in the living room. In addition, there are two fold-out armchairs on the ground floor and two on the first floor. There is parking for several cars in front of the entrance gate. This place is perfect both as a base for relaxing and organizing: - team-building events, - art workshops, - yoga classes or other themed meetings. We're happy to create a personalized listing, tailored to the type of stay you're planning. Hamptons villa is a space where you can feel at ease, relax and just have a good time. A refundable deposit of PLN 2,000 is required for each booking. Wood for the hot tub, sauna, and fireplace are not included in your stay. 👉 You can bring your own wood or buy it on site for 250 PLN Guest access the entire property is exclusively at the disposal of guests Other things to note For each booking, we also charge a refundable deposit of PLN 2,000 as security in the event of any damage or destruction and breach of the property's regulations. This amount is not a maximum liability limit – for damages that exceed the value of the security deposit, we will contact you individually to settle the difference. The security deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days after the end of the stay and refunded the same way it was paid. The security deposit is also paid via the link you will receive along with your booking confirmation. Wood for the hot tub, sauna, and fireplace are not included in your stay. You can bring your own wood or buy it for 250 zł We kindly inform you that the models of garden and leisure equipment (e.g. barbecue, patio furniture) may differ from those shown in the pictures. This is due to natural wear and tear during guest stays and the seasonality of some items. Outdoor equipment is available seasonally – usually from April to October.
