A wood fireplace has also been appointed to the living area. All areas except for bedroom 4 and the kitchen are equipped with ceiling fans. Electric blankets are featured in bedrooms 1, 2 & 3. Guests can enjoy a comprehensive selection of streaming services on the Smart TV - FOXTEL and free 5G WIFI throughout, however many opt for the stunning views of nature, passing cattle or horses just outside their doorstep. The farm stay is located 14 minutes from the Orana Mall, featuring a Woolworths, JB Hi-Fi, Cotton On, QBD Books, Strandbags, Angus & Coote + several other Australian favourite retailers! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire Cottage and Cottage Yard. Walking around the farm is only permitted along the DRIVEWAYS for your safety- a walking guide is provided in the Property Manual. * DO NOT OPEN ANY FARM GATES (other than those located at the cottage) * WALKING AROUND THE PADDOCKS AND FEEDING ANIMALS IS NOT PERMITTED. Other things to note Please note that the property is made up for 10 guests, however, there are two king-single trundle mattresses in bedroom 3 that can sleep an additional 2 guests. Please inform us if you would like these made up prior to your stay. Indoor Fireplace: High Quality Split Hardwood is provided and stacked in the carport for use in the indoor firepit only. Please DO NOT USE THIS HIGH QUALITY WOOD FOR THE OUTDOOR FIREPIT. Paddock wood and fallen branches have been collected and stacked in a corner over near the fence for guests to use in the Firepit. Please ensure all fires are put out before you go to bed or leave the property. The Firepit can be emptied under the fence of the horse paddock. Registration Details PID-STRA-79071
