Short walk to ICW dining. 16 miles to both Wrightsville Beach and Wilm Airport, 17 miles to UNCW, 20 miles to Front St in Wilmington, 7 - 9 miles to 2 golf courses. Tons of great restaurants close by. You'll experience the details that accompany "pride of ownership." Newly built, equipped with upgraded fixtures. Ideal for a 2-couple get-away or enjoy the home with just your family. The space You can park anywhere in the driveway. Upon entering the front door, you'll walk into the main living area. Just to the right is the door to the effeciency bedroom/kitchenette/bath/closet with stacked washer/dryer. You will be using the ENTIRE house. To the left is the primary BR and bath. The pull-out sofa bed in the livingroom is most comfortable when the foam topper is added. All of the bedding/topper for the pull-out is located in the 2 baskets on the top shelf of the laundry room. The clothes washer is extra large capacity as is the dryer. There's also a stacked washer/dryer on the other side of the house. Laundry soap, spot remover, dryer sheets, iron/ ironing board, dish soaps, body soap/shampoo/conditioner/hairdryers are provided. You'll see that the kitchen is fully stocked and there's plenty of storage for your food items as well. Feel free to use the spices in the cabinet next to the stove. Check out all of the cabinets so that you can see all the kitchen tools available to you. There are baking sheets and cooling racks in the bottom drawer of the oven. Electric teapot in cabinet over the stove. Both walk-in closets have hangers and a luggage rack. Fans: BR1 has a box fan and BR2 has a ceiling fan. We do not use artificial plug-in air "fresheners" as some guests have sensitivities to the chemicals used in those products. We ask that you don't use them during you stay in the same consideration. The BBQ untensils are hanging in the laundry room next to the kitchen. We have a townhome in Greensboro that is on Airbnb and the greatest compliment we received in a review is that he felt he was a guest in a friend's cottage while we were away. That is the exact same feeling we want you to have. Enjoy your time in Wilmington!!! Guest access You can use the entire house and yard. The shed is NOT accessible. Other things to note A starter supply of K-cups,coffee, sugar, powdered creamer, stevia is provided. 3 TPs per bathroom are provided. We have an airfyer!! It's not listed in the amenities list of options for me to choose. Please consider that this home is a life-long dream (as humble as it is) to be at the coast in our retirement years. Please do not remove anything from the house and please be respectful in using all the items available to you.
