This exceptional holiday home is located in the peaceful village of Čavoglave. The house itself is newly built with all amenities, and the outdoor area also includes a heated swimming pool. It is divided into an big apartment and two smaller apartments on the second floor with all amenities. The entire space is for you, there are no other guests. The source of the Čikola River is located in the 100 meters down and you can often saw domestic animals such as horses in the village. The space The house have three floors, and by booking you reserve the entire space, as well as the pool and garden. On the top floor there are two separate apartments (rooms) with two beds each, on the middle floor there is an apartment with 3 rooms, while on the ground floor there is a relaxing room, as well as a room with billiards and table football. Outside there is a barbecue area, a pool, deck chairs, and a slide and trampoline for children. Parking is available within the building. Guest access The entire space and everything related to the facility, such as the swimming pool. Other things to note The nearest small shop and cafe bar are two minutes away by car. The area is in the country side so a bigger shop is available in the town of Drniš (20 minutes by car). The distance from the Adriatic sea and town of Split is 45 minutes by car, and from Šibenik 40 minutes by car. The Krka National Park and its beautiful waterfalls are 30 minutes by car. Also, there is a bus line to the Drniš and Split. If you need taxi we can we can arrange it for you. Just a 10-minute drive away is the Mausoleum of Ivan Meštrović, the most famous Croatian sculptor. Only 2 minutes away by car, you can see a Tank Manument from the Croatian War of Independence, standing as a reminder of the historical significance of that period.
