Landhaus Franken

The Landleben apartment is about 65 square meters and is located on the first floor in the attic. The apartment consists of our Landglück room of about 26 m² with a French double bed (140 x 200) and a seating area that can be converted into a sofa bed. The apartment also includes our Landfreude room of about 15 sqm with a covered balcony of about 4 sqm consisting of a single bed (80 x 200), which can be pulled out to a French double bed (160 x 200). The space In our apartment there is a simple bathroom with shower, sink & toilet as well as a living room with kitchenette and seating area. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for self-catering. Please only smoke and use open flames downstairs in the garden (or balcony if necessary). Guest access The entire apartment is available. Other things to note Waldbüttelbrunn and its districts have about 5000 inhabitants and are surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. A few meters from the Landhaus Franken you can reach cycling, Nordic walking and hiking trails. For children, several nice playgrounds are within walking distance (about 350 to 900 m). In case of illness, general practitioners, dentists and a pharmacy in the center of town are within walking distance. In the neighboring town of Markt Höchberg, about 3 km away, there is a pediatric and youth medical practice for young patients. For daily needs, two grocery stores, three bakeries and a butcher shop are available in Waldbüttelbrunn not far away. After eventful excursions to the surrounding area, you can stop in three different restaurants in the village and pamper yourself. From Waldbüttelbrunn you can reach Würzburg, about 8 km away, with its World Heritage residence, the Marienberg Fortress, the Cathedral of St. Kilian and many other sights. With its numerous wine taverns, wine cellars and vineyards as well as the characteristic Bocksbeutel, Würzburg is the heart of the Franconia wine region. For tourists and locals, a Schoppen on the Old Main Bridge is a must. You should then leave the car and take advantage of the well-developed public transport (several bus connections) between Waldbüttelbrunn and Würzburg.
