The space From the entrance of this single-story cottage you can access the bright living and dining area with panoramic views, two sofas (including a convertible), an armchair, TV, and a fireplace equipped with a pellet insert. An opening in the stone wall leads you to the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, combined microwave, filter or espresso coffee maker, kettle, hob with hood, etc. On your left, a dedicated workspace, desk area and library. A few steps lead you to a small hallway that serves the first bedroom, with a 140 cm bed (sheets provided), electric radiator, wardrobe and an exceptional view of the garden and its pond. Back to the hallway to access the bathroom with walk-in shower and sink area, equipped with a towel rail, bath towels, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, drying rack and toilet. From the workspace a staircase takes you to the second bedroom called "Le nid de pie" because of its high view of the garden, pond and surrounding countryside. Equipped with a 140 cm bed (sheets provided) and a "storage space" type carrier. Enjoy the garden with tables, armchairs, sun loungers, parasols and arbor for relaxing days and peaceful evenings.
