(the boat lift is now fully operable, weight limits apply) 📍 Walking distance to Sams club, Walmart, and right near the water street boat ramp. ✨Property 🏠 Features✨ • Beautiful sliding glass doors that completely open up to the screened in back porch that overlooks the water. • Your own Private boat dock to dock your boat or rental boat and jetski's right on the property. Makes getting to Destin or Crab island easier than ever. • The Boat Lift is now fully Operable. Please confirm with us the weight of your boat before using the Lift. • 🔒 For Child Safety, backyard is fenced in with a gate so kids can play safely away from the water. (parent supervision is still a must) 🙂 • We also provide two Kayaks and life jackets for guests to use as well as fishing poles and tackle as well as backyard games like corn hole, etc. in the shed for guests entertainment. 🔥 Firepit: • A larger gas firepit has been installed, complete with plenty of seating for your group. Home comes with ping pong table and paddles to use in screened porch. ✨Room & Sleeping Arrangements✨ 🛏️ Master Bedroom: • King bed with an attached private bathroom 🛁. ✚ Rollaway bed and two Pack ’N Play👶 travel cribs in the closet. 🖥️ Dedicated Workspace: • The master bedroom features a thoughtfully designed workspace with a desk and an ergonomic office chair, perfect for those who need to work remotely. The only part of the house guests will not have access to is the Garage. 🛎️ Check-In🕒: • Standard check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. • If you need an earlier check-in, we can attempt to coordinate with our cleaners to accommodate your request, but the earliest possible time is typically 3:30 PM. Please note, the cleaning crew may still be finishing up during an earlier arrival, as we prioritize thorough cleaning and sanitization for your stay. 😊 ❌ Check-Out🕒: • Check-out is at 11:00 AM. • While we always strive to go above and beyond for our guests, late check-out requests are typically not possible due to our high booking volume (90-95% of the month). 💼 Luggage Drop-Off: • You’re welcome to securely drop off your luggage as early as 11:30 AM, upon request, even before check-in time.
