Door through to Kitchen: Electric oven, and ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, microwave. Stairs lead to 1st Floor: Master Bedroom king size 5’ bed, chaise. Family bathroom, bath with shower over, WC and hand basin. Bedroom 2 Double bed 4’6’’ and single 3’ bed. Outside: L shaped lawn, washing line, table, shed containing 5 chairs and barbecue. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES AS THERE IS A STREAM AT THE END OF THE GARDEN. Parking: Unload on lane outside of the cottage, parking is on street or at village car park half a mile away. Other things to note Included: Bed linen, towels, (guests to bring own beach towels), central heating, electricity. No smoking. Pets: One well behaved dog allowed (per charge £30.00 per week).
