Located in the peaceful village of Joux-la-Ville, this house with exposed stone and old beams invites you to an authentic and rejuvenating stay, between vineyards, nature and Burgundian heritage. A spacious and warm space 7 minutes from the A6 highway exit 🏡 Le Clos de Joux is spread over three floors, offering all the comforts necessary for a stay with family or friends: On the ground floor, a spacious double living room with open kitchen. Access to terrace + veranda and courtyard. Subsequently: •⁠ ⁠🛏️ 3 spacious bedrooms with two 180 x 200 cm double beds and a 160 x 200 cm double bed on the first floor •⁠ ⁠🛏️ An open top floor with exposed beams and authentic charm, including 1 double bed 180 cm and 2 single beds, ideal for children. A baby cot is available as well as 2 high chairs •⁠ ⁠🚿 3 modern bathrooms, 4 toilets in total. There is also a "laundry" area at the entrance to the house with washing machine and dryer. The living room, with its wood-burning stove, is a real cocoon for evenings by the fire🔥. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals to share around the large wooden table.
