Located in the peaceful village of Joux-la-Ville, this house made of exposed stones and old beams invites you to an authentic and refreshing stay, between vineyards, nature and Burgundy heritage. A spacious and warm space 7 minutes from the A6 highway exit 🏡 The Clos de Joux is spread over three floors, offering all the comforts necessary for a stay with family or friends: On the ground floor, a spacious double living room with open kitchen. Access to terrace + veranda and courtyard. Subsequently: • 🛏️ 3 spacious bedrooms with two with 180x200cm double beds and one with a 160x200cm double bed on the first floor •⁠ ⁠🛏️ An open top floor with its exposed beams and authentic charm, including 1 double bed 180 cm and 2 single beds, ideal for children. A baby crib is available as well as 2 high chairs • 🚿 3 modern bathrooms, 4 toilets in total. You also have a "laundry" area at the entrance of the house with a washing machine and dryer. The living room, with its wood burning stove, is a real cocoon for evenings by the fire🔥. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals to share around the large wooden table.
