From the Hoeverreeke you are <1km from the Wilhelm Tell recreation resort. You are also close to the Bosbeek Valley and <4 km from Hoge Kempen National Park, for the junction network with numerous hiking, mountain biking and cycling routes. Genk (12 km), Maasmechelen Village (14 km) and Hasselt & Maastricht (27 km) are within a stone's throw. The space • The vacation home has been recognized by Flanders tourism as a 4* vacation home with accommodation decree number 406112. • The vacation home consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, a separate toilet, an entrance hall, a living room with lounge, TV (Android TV and Netflix), bookcase and dining table with 8 chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with small dining table with corner sofa. Furthermore, there is also a play cellar in the house (board games and toys for children) with a small freezer, a basement with an extra shower, sink, washing machine, drying room, ironing board and iron, as well as a drying rack/washing cords. In the 3rd basement with electric garage door, there is space to store/recharge bicycles. There is also an air hockey table and a foosball table. Furthermore, there is a veranda with sliding windows, equipped with a garden table and chairs. The equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, croque pan, popcorn machine, microwave oven, classic oven, 4 burner halogen hob, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer. One bedroom contains 2 single beds and a baby cot. Another bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and a bunk bed (2 single beds). The beds are made upon arrival, but you need to bring your own towels. There is a high chair available. Wi-Fi is available in the vacation home. At the rear of the house, there is a fenced garden that belongs to the house and may be used. The garden shed, garden house, conservatory and chicken coop are not accessible. The host, who lives in the immediate vicinity, has limited access to the garden for maintenance & feeding the chickens. House Rules • The vacation home can be booked for a maximum of 8 people. Upon arrival, beds are made. • Bath towels and kitchen linen must be provided by the tenant. • Arrival is possible between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. (deviation possible in consultation). • Please depart before 11 a.m. • The vacation home is located in a quiet residential area. No loud music or unnecessary noise is allowed in the garden. Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., absolute silence around the house & muted sound in the house must be maintained. The legal noise standards must NOT be exceeded: between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.: max. 45 dB(a) / between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.: max. 45 dB(a) and between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.: max. 35 dB(a). • The principal tenant must be at least 21 years of age. The vacation home is not rented to youth groups for parties, etc. • Pets are not allowed. • Smoking and vaping in the house and covered terrace is not allowed. • Please throw cigarette butts outside in the provided bucket with sand and not on the ground. • Please do not make fires outside. • From 2026 in the peak season (Easter holiday-July-August) only bookable per week, (Saturday change day).
