We are located just 500m to the lagoon, 1.5km to the sea, amid soothing sounds of nature and birds. The villa has 7 bedrooms and you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Can also arrange for a cook or a meal plan. Rooms come with ensuite bathroom, air con, ceiling fan, mosquito net, internet, tv, desk, fully equipped kitchen living room, and mezzanine area. Our manager and staff are onsite to take care of all your needs including activity planning, food and transport arrangements. The 20m pool and jacuzzi are perfectly integrated. The unique, two-story Loft offers immersive, privileged views of the lagoon and ocean canopy. An Adjacent Villa (70 m²) provides an intimate, self-contained retreat with its own kitchen and a secret rooftop terrace overlooking the coastal savannah and mangrove—ideal for total serenity. We offer flexible stays: individual room rentals, private retreats in the Small Villa or Loft, or total privatization of the entire estate for groups up to 20. Exclusive group packages include a cook's assistant and all-inclusive options. Guest access Guests can access the following common areas: swimming pool with jacuzzi, bar with dining area, rooftop, garden and pétanque ground. The common areas are shared by the 2 villas if both villas are occupied. If you wish to ensure private use of pool, please reach out to us and we can block the rental of the small villa at a special rate. The small villa is for 2 person max so it won't affect your stay and privacy but if the villa is occupied we would ask you to respect the other guests Other things to note Main Villa Rental Conditions This option is designed for self-sufficiency and offers great flexibility: • Autonomy: The rental allows you to be entirely self-sufficient, particularly with the use of the main kitchen and dining area. • Shared Common Areas: Under this arrangement, the Small Villa may be rented simultaneously, but it hosts a couple at maximum. The sharing of the pool, jacuzzi, and pétanque court is therefore very limited, guaranteeing your peace of mind. • Full Privatization: If you wish to guarantee total exclusivity of the estate, full privatization of the property remains available upon request.
