quiet Provencal house - pool July/August

Independent 45 m2 vacation rental with private forest and 4000 m2 land shared with our house. Shared swimming pool accessible from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday in July and August only. Garden with trampoline, swings, cats and chickens. 5 min drive to shops 30 min to Aix, Marseille, Cassis and Calanques National Park. Departure from the cottage for hiking or mountain biking. The cottage is suitable for people seeking peace and quiet, no parties possible! No indoor/outdoor smoking or barbecue because of the forest! The space small detached house of 45 m2 and 15 m2 of south-facing terrace. On the ground floor: a living room/kitchen, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower with washing machine and a bedroom with double bed. Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 × 180) and an extra mattress (pull-out bed) as well as a space with books and board games available. On the terrace 1 table and 5 chairs, deckchairs and magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Guest access Shared pool in July and August only with the owners. Access authorized for our tenants every day from 2pm to 6pm except Sundays (pool reserved for our family). Other things to note a contract for the provision of outdoor equipment will be signed upon arrival. Pool access for our tenants only in July and August and from 2pm to 6pm every day except Sunday. Pool not accessible the other months of the year. Electric cars cannot be recharged on site.
