First Floor Step into the inviting first floor of our Gothic Boho retreat, where comfort meets thoughtful design. Living Room: As you enter through the front door, you’ll be welcomed by a warm and stylish living room. Decorated in our signature Gothic Boho style, this cozy space features a plush sofa and two comfortable chairs—perfect for relaxing with a book, catching up with friends, or unwinding after a day of exploring Pittsburgh. Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room is a charming dining area with a 4-seater table and an additional sofa, offering a relaxed setting for shared meals, game nights, or casual conversations. Kitchen & Coffee Bar: The fully equipped kitchen is designed to make cooking easy and enjoyable. Outfitted with brand new appliances—including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—it has everything you need for preparing meals during your stay. Start your mornings at the coffee bar, complete with coffee, tea, and a selection of light snacks for a little extra comfort. Half Bathroom: Conveniently located just off the kitchen, the half bathroom offers easy access for guests on the main level, combining functionality with thoughtful design. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire 3-story home, including the cozy front porch, spacious basement, and off-street parking for 2 to 3 cars, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay throughout your visit. Other things to note Pet Policy: While we adore pets, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate them in the home at this time.
