A cozy simple home with artistic hideaway designed for laid-back travelers. The space The Artist House is a cozy home and creative stay featuring my original random artwork. Ideal for solo travelers or couples. The space is small but it's good enough for you to rest, cook, and shower. The location is so close to everything you need. The space includes: 1. One bedroom with a queen bed, air conditioning, and a fan 2. A fully equipped kitchen with a compact refrigerator 3. A private bathroom 4. An outdoor area 5. A creative workspace, perfect for journaling or art 6. Wi-Fi, suitable for browsing 7. Free on-site parking 8. Pet-friendly accommodations Located in the heart of North Siargao, the house is within walking distance to local markets, laundry services, cafés, and popular surf spots. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of the laid-back charm Siargao is known for. NOTES BEFORE BOOKING: I. Please note that there is no generator available in case of a power blackout. . III. Occasionally, a coconut crab may climb onto the roof and make loud noises. It can sound like a large animal, but it is just a crab. The noise may seem louder because the roof is made of thin metal. IV. Wi-Fi and mobile signal on the island can sometimes be unstable. I recommend having an eSIM or backup mobile data just in case. V. Please note: to ensure fairness for all guests, i'm unable to accommodate date changes or provide refunds once your stay has begun. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Cheers Cat Guest access Entire House Other things to note Wi-Fi is fine for everyday use, but not great for large files. There are cafes with starlink around for work or downloading huge files. Water shower is slow due to some system issue but it's fine. This is just a little heads up ( toilet and sink water are working fine) The Aircon is just a little bit noisy Sometimes when it's full moon, the coconut crrab climb up to the roof and make some loud noises because of the thin metal roofing
