Situated right on the Saral beach, just 6 km away from Mandwa Jetty, this private pool villa in Alibaug is surrounded by lush greens on one side and beach views on the other. No matter where you are in the home, look out and you will find the beach looking back at you. One of the finest beach-facing villas near Mandwa Jetty, this home has a living room (with a powder room) on the ground floor along with two bedrooms (each with ensuite bathrooms). However, the spotlight of the home is the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom) on the first level. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the chaotic calm of the ocean as and when and as much as you like, from here! Fully equipped with a strong, free WiFi connection, this sea-facing bungalow is also the best place to work with a view. Lush green jumping lawns again, with direct, uninterrupted views of the sea, are simply perfect for early morning or late evening strolls. Just imagine laying a picnic on these lawns with your family or friends, facing the beach, as the sun sets into the ocean, and you gorge on scrumptious home-fresh evening snacks prepared by our locally trained in-home chef wow! Right? The home is ideal for a friend's getaway, a small team outing, and a family vacation. This is a 3 Bedroom villa. There is a 4th bedroom on the first level which is out of bounds and not accessible to guests. There is a small set of steps that you need to climb to reach the main entrance and another set of steps inside the home to reach the first level. Mandatory Refundable Security Deposit of INR 15000 is applicable Guest access Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours. Other things to note Due to monsoons the property is covered to protect it from winds and harsh rain. Other outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows the address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses, and Passports. Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to check-in. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reason henceforth. Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking. In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply. This is a 3 Bedroom villa. There is a 4th bedroom on the first level which is out of bounds and not accessible to guests. In case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hrs of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown. 2 extra people can be accommodated in the master bedroom on the first level. There is one powder room at the ground level, by the living room. There is no driver’s accommodation available. The swimming pool is attached to the main living room and two bedrooms. Please take extreme care if you’re staying with kids. Adult supervision is mandatory. Up to 3 cars can be parked onsite. The living room does not have an air-conditioner. Whereas, all bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. There is a smart Tata Sky TV in the master bedroom. Identity cards of all guests need to be provided in order to confirm the booking. Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes The exteriors of the ground floor (which has a living room and 2 bedrooms) are temporarily covered with transparent tarpaulin sheets to protect guests and the home from the harsh rains in Alibaug during the monsoons. However, our guests can still enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea, lush green lawns, and the massive pool from the master bedroom as well as the terrace on the first floor. As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly.
