Guest access Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours. Other things to note - Security Deposit: ₹ 5000 per room - Due to monsoons the property is covered to protect it from winds and harsh rain. - There is a 4th bedroom on the first level which is out of bounds and not accessible to guests. - There is a small set of steps that you need to climb to reach the main entrance and another set of steps inside the home to reach the first level. - In case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hrs of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown. - 2 extra people can be accommodated in the master bedroom on the first level. - There is one powder room at the ground level, by the living room. - There is no driver’s accommodation available. - The swimming pool is attached to the main living room and two bedrooms. Please take extreme care if you’re staying with kids. Adult supervision is mandatory. Up to 3 cars can be parked onsite. - The living room does not have an air-conditioner. - Identity cards of all guests need to be provided in order to confirm the booking. - Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes - Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. As the monsoon season approaches and coastal winds sweep through Alibaug, occasional power fluctuations or outages may occur due to weather conditions or regional restrictions. In the event of a power interruption, our reliable generator backup will be switched on promptly to ensure minimal inconvenience. Please note the following: Diesel charges will apply after 8 hours of generator usage, at the rate of ₹800 per hour thereafter. Maintenance Breaks: To prevent overheating and ensure smooth operation, the generator must be switched off for 30 minutes after every 2 hours of continuous use. Power Conservation: During backup power periods, we kindly request guests to refrain from using high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers, so that the system remains stable for everyone’s comfort. While our team will be on standby to assist during such instances, we appreciate your understanding that power outages due to external factors are beyond our control.
