The space The internal space is organized as follows: - BEDROOM with double bed (1.90x1.60 m), wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C; - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed (1.90x1.60 m), table with dining chairs, split A/C and access to the terrace, smart TV; - EAT-IN KITCHEN equipped with island/counter with dining chairs, gas hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC; - Spacious STORAGE ROOM with washing machine, sink and countertop; - TERRACE with access from the living room and a view of the park.
