Treehouse with access to dock and kayaks

Nestled among the treetops, this charming 2nd story apartment offers 896 sq ft of thoughtfully designed living space featuring 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 2 twins, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower combo, and private deck . The true highlight of Treehouse is the access to the peaceful tidal waters of Bass Harbor. A short stroll will take you to a dock with complimentary rowboat and kayaks available to guests of Treehouse, Tides, and Sea Breezes guests. The space Bedroom 1 has a queen and Bedroom 2 has 2 twins. A pull out sofa in living area will sleep an extra guest. The bathroom has a tub shower combo and plenty of towels . Sheets provided and kitchen has cookware, dishes and utensils. 12 cup auto drip coffee maker and blender . Treehouse sits atop our garage storage area where we keep cleaning supplies, 2 washers and 2 dryers as well as other supplies for cottage maintenance. We are quiet when needing to enter this space and mindful of our Treehouse tenants! Guest access Just a short stroll from Treehouse, at the end of Shore Cottage Drive, is a dock shared with 2 of our other cottages. Several kayaks, rowboat and life vests in an assortment of sizes are located at the dock. This is a Tidal inlet so we leave tide charts in each cottage so that you can see when the tide will be coming and going. Long trips paddling out of the inlet, without the proper planning could find you returning to mud flats! Other things to note The garage below Treehouse has 2 washers and 2 dryers. We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets. This space also serves as storage for paint and other supplies that we use for our cottages.
