Other things to note The house recently underwent new landscaping to enhance its beauty and create a more relaxing, scenic environment. The landscaping project was completed by Desert Spawn on September 19, 2025, adding fresh greenery and thoughtful design throughout the property. We have also upgraded the home with brand-new appliances, including a new stove and refrigerator. In addition to air-conditioning in every bedroom, we’ve installed new air-conditioning units in both the living room and kitchen, ensuring the entire house stays cool and comfortable even during the hottest months. The home is fully powered by solar energy, so you won’t have to worry about power outages — you can enjoy uninterrupted comfort throughout your stay.
