Jesmond/gosforth and close to city centre, immaculate homely home, very light and airy with private garden,located next to Jesmond Dene House, desirable location, town in 5 mins (9.00 by cab), walking distance to Jesmond/gosforth/Jesmond Dene, transport,shops,pubs,restaurants. sleeps up to 6. Jesmond Dene located just at the back of the propertie. free parking outside the property, no parties & large gathering or extra guest. There is also a separate side cottage which can sleep 2. The space The property has a lovely feel about the house with lots of quirky little touches, it has 3 large double bedrooms, two of which have 2 small Double beds in each and the other a king size. The house has a beautiful solid oak porch which leads into the hall which also has oak flooring, the kitchen is light & airy, which leads out to a private garden and has sun from early Morning till late afternoon.The garden backs onto Jesmond Dene, and is very peaceful. The house backs onto Jesmond Dene, a historic park, which was once owned by Lord Armstrong, it has a beautiful waterfall, A historic Mill and an old banqueting hall, there is also a Historic statley home, coffee shop and animal santuary, which has a variety of birds and animals, its a lovley place of natural beauty and plenty of play and pinic area. You can access the park by walking up the road till you see the closed bridge, (or just before the bus stop on same side of house) there is an entrance to the park on the bridge. There is ample free parking outside the house, no permits required. The property holds a maximum of 6 people extra guests and visitors are not permitted due to insurance purposes, also this is not something I want to encourage. Guest access You have sole access to the house and garden, There is a private separate side cottage which has its own entrance and garden, this can be rented separately, the main gate to the property may be shared by up to 2 other people staying in the cottage. Please be mindful of noise for the guests staying in the side cottage. Other things to note Please empty the kitchen/bathroom bins when you vacate, return furniture/items to there original place. Check in is from3/ 3.30 as the property may not be ready till 3.30. (Please ask) Check out is 11.00am please do not vacate any later due to changeovers and new arrivals unless we have already agreed a later time. There is a separate private side cottage this can be rented separately and sleeps 2 so the main gate will be shared with the side cottage.Please be considerate of noise for the guests that will be staying there. smoking NOT permitted indoors also please do not leave cigarette buts in the gravel in the garden, please clean out the bbq after use and return protective cover. Extra guests /visitors are not permitted (Max 6)other than the people booked in, please inform me if your numbers change. I provide 1 towel per person on a 2 night stay, if you think you May mark the towels with make up then I would advise you to bring your own as I do charge if towel marks do not come out and make up can not be removed.Please keep noise in the garden to minimum, do not play music after 9.30pm out of respect for neighbours close by, Please return the key back in the safe when you vacate. & make sure all windows & doors are closed. Please do NOT strip the beds. Parties/large gathering are absolutely not permitted (No more than the guests that are staying max 6) Banners/Decorations are Not pemitted at the front of the property, however you can put them up in the back garden or inside the property, however please make sure that you do not use blue tack, tape or pins, & remove them without damage when you vacate. If you have small sparkly bits that go everywhere then there may be an extra charge if you do not clean these up properly when you vacate. No industrial cooking for weddings or flower arranging.
