Only the guests on the reservation should occupy the home. Maintaining the home's integrity and security is a top priority, ensuring a positive relationship with neighbors. Pets under 50 lbs are welcome with pre-approval and require a $50 per pet fee. Please provide size and breed details with your booking message for approval. Monthly pet fees are $150 per pet. Pets cannot be left unattended in the casita unless crated.
