The queen bed is freshly made with clean linens, soft pillows, and a blackout shade to help you sleep in. A spacious walk-in closet offers extra sheets and plenty of room to settle in. Your bedroom also features a nightstand, small lamp, and charging ports for your convenience—just like home. We’ve also added a desk in case you need to catch up on work or anything else. Wi-Fi info will be provided upon arrival. The downstairs living room is perfect for kicking back, featuring a massive 75” TV on floating shelves and a large L-shaped couch with electric recline—super cozy and fully adjustable to your comfort. Just steps away is the bar area with a stunning live-edge countertop. The kitchenette includes a brand-new range, dishwasher, upgraded sink and fridge, and under-cabinet lighting for a polished touch. A small table offers a spot for meals or remote work, and dimmable LED lighting throughout creates a warm, welcoming vibe. Right around the corner you will find your full private bathroom featuring a large bathtub with Jets. It is stocked with fresh towels, soap, and a hairdryer. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub or a refreshing shower. You’ll also have access to the laundry room, which includes a large washer/dryer, utility sink, laundry soap, stain remover, and an iron with an ironing board. Need to stay on your fitness game? Head to the garage, where you’ll find a home gym perfect for getting a workout in during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the downstairs bedroom, living room, bar area with kitchenette, and dining space. You’ll also have access to the upstairs laundry room, guest bathroom, and the garage, which includes a home gym—perfect for staying active during your stay. Outside, enjoy the large deck with a picnic table overlooking the beautiful marina—ideal for sipping coffee, sharing a meal, or taking in the view. Down by the water’s edge, you'll find a cozy sitting area with soft sand underfoot and a fireplace to gather around. Guests are more than welcome to swim in the river—it's a peaceful and refreshing way to enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds you. Other things to note This is a shared home—we’re working professionals who live on-site. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and we pride ourselves on keeping a clean and peaceful space. We can only accommodate one guest in this room. We also have another bedroom located downstairs that is listed on Airbnb, so there may be another guest staying in the other suite.
