The property, suitable for up to 20 people, consists of two independent apartments and a renovated farmhouse with bedrooms and a private bathroom. The property offers privacy but also the opportunity to spend convivial moments. The space An exclusive entire villa that can accommodate up to 20 guests, but also welcomes a small family of 3 or 4 people who want to experience a period of stay with us in total exclusivity! Villa Filìa is the ideal solution for groups who want to experience a stay in total autonomy and privacy. The villa consists of two apartments on two floors, both with a living room, kitchen and three bathrooms, plus an annex with two bedrooms, each with 4 beds. Stays can also be requested for smaller groups, up to 10 people, for which an apartment plus a room in the annex will be assigned. Outside, there are large green spaces and a swimming pool with a solarium corner that ensures moments of relaxation and fun! Guest access Guests can access and park their cars independently in the square in front. Other things to note Upon arrival, guests are required to pay an amount of €500.00 as a security deposit that will be refunded at the end of the stay, except in the event of damage to the property or its accessories.
