Beautiful semi-rural location just outside of Bedford near Cranfield University and Milton Keynes with a direct bus route to all. The property also boasts a charming shared garden area with views to horse paddocks. Guest access Parking directly outside the Old Stables and just two steps into the accommodation. Inside the accommodation is all on one level with only 1 low-profile threshold bar. Doors are 'normal' width i.e. probably not wide enough for wheelchair access. Shower area is flat and could easily accommodate a shower stool (if needed please advise). The space was designed to offer comfort to users with somewhat limited mobility. If you're travelling alone and need help when you arrive due to mobility issues please advise, we'll be happy to help. Other things to note We aim not to disturb you The front garden area is there for your use but we may need to access our vehicles or garage. The horses are the other side of the drive or in a field to the rear and they may get feeds during your stay, but this will not be after 9.30pm or before 7am. If you would like to visit the horses please let me know as we have dogs and electric fencing. Horses are large temperamental animals and so you must take care. The cat is getting lots of great reviews but please do let me know if you're not keen as I can keep her in with me.
