This neighborhood is located in a cozy and rural area with many hiking and cycling routes and only 4 km from the city center. The perfect combination. Our guest house is built with love by ourselves. We are most proud of the breathtaking views. The space Our 45 m2 accommodation is ideal for a stay with two people. The spacious living room is furnished with a sitting area, dining table and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, oven and microwave. The tea and Nespresso coffee are ready. Downstairs is also the luxury bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Via the fixed staircase, you reach the upper floor with a spacious bedroom including the same beautiful view. Enjoy your own 20m2 deck in good weather. The atmosphere is natural, stylish, cozy and luxurious. Thanks to the heat pump and solar panels, you can enjoy luxury in a sustainable way. Guest access In the yard behind our house, you can park right next to the barn. The guesthouse has complete privacy. We live in the house in front of the yard. Thanks to the fast bus connection, the city center can be reached within 15 minutes, we also rent bicycles for 7.50 euros a day per bicycle. Other things to note The guesthouse is offered without breakfast. We can provide an extensive breakfast basket on request for 17.50 euros per person per breakfast. This will be prepared the night before. The name "Groninger Kroon" comes from the Groningen apple variety that is in our garden. Of course, this apple juice is not missing from the breakfast basket.
