Located close to the city center, the train station and close to amenities, you will enjoy this fully equipped, furnished and air-conditioned house that can ideally accommodate 2 people and up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Free parking space in front of the house. The space In this 45 m² house you can enjoy a beautiful living room with open kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a large bathroom, separate hanging toilet. The house also has a small veranda (entrance) as well as a courtyard-terrace at the back. Equipment included: * Comfortable living room area (with a sofa bed with a size of 136 x 190 cm) with 55-inch smart TV - Fiber connection (Very High Speed) and TV decoder to relax. * Fully equipped open kitchen with all the necessary utensils and small appliances to prepare your meals to concoct good little dishes: fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, oven, pots, dishes... * Nespresso coffee machine (with capsules😊) * Kettle and toaster (we also have tea) * Dining area in the living room. * Large modern and bright bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) for sweet and restful nights (with bed linen provided). Dresser and wardrobe (+ hangers) * Spacious bathroom with Italian shower. Washbasin with large mirror. Hairdryer and washing machine. Towels are provided. Located 300 m from the city center and a supermarket, the house has a great location where most of your trips can be done on foot. EASY PARKING: free street parking in front of the accommodation Whether you're here for a tourist, business, or family visit, you'll be within walking distance of everything the city has to offer. Heating and air conditioning. Smoke alarm Baby bed: let me know if you need a baby bed to be made available to you. Guest access Entire place is available to guests. Entry is free via a lockbox. The house is accessible from 3 p.m. You will receive all the information you need upon arrival the day before your stay. I remain available when needed during your stay. Unfortunately no, the house as well as the courtyard are not suitable for your pets. ✧IS THE PROPERTY SMOKING? Strictly no smoking IN the house (being equipped with a smoke detector). However, you can smoke at the entrance to the veranda. ✧HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SLEEP IN THE HOUSE? You can stay up to 4 people. ✧ARE BATH TOWELS PROVIDED? Yes, bath linens are always provided. ✧IS LINEN PROVIDED? Yes, all necessities are provided, you will not need to clutter with your sheets, cover ect. ✧IS CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE STAY? Yes, a cleaning fee is included in the rental price (20 euros per stay at your expense already included in the rental price and 20 euros at mine) so that the house and linen are delivered to you clean for your arrival.
