Noise & Quiet Hours: City noise rules apply at 9 p.m. Guests must be inside and quiet by 9 p.m. Guest Count & Visitors: Only registered guests may be on the property. Approved day visitors must leave by 10 p.m. Unauthorized guests may result in a $50 fine per person, per day, and possible cancellation without refund. Smoking: No smoking of any kind indoors. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1,000 fine plus remediation costs. Outdoor smoking is allowed.
