Refundable deposit of €50 • As of March 2025, Airbnb stopped covering minor damage (stains on sheets or towels, strong odors, excess garbage, etc.). To protect your reservation and the accommodation, we ask for a one-time deposit of €50 per stay. • Please note that the use of sunscreens generates stains on towels and sheets that cannot be removed by the type of chemicals used. • The deposit is returned in full upon departure, after checking that the room and bedding are in good condition. If your departure is before 10 am and you paid in cash, the refund will be made the same day by transfer. Don't want to pay this deposit?
