Holiday house Breza is located in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Šoderica, 13km away from Koprivnica. The house offers accommodation for 10+2 persons. Ideal for nature lovers, as well as anyone who wants to spend a few days relaxing by swimming in the lake, walking, biking (Mura, Drava route), or fishing in nearby lakes or the Drava River. There are 4 bikes for guests, table football, darts, kayak for 2 people, children's playground and barbecue in the yard, quad rental possible. The space We have two floors; On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms (one with access to their own terrace), a bathroom with a toilet, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. The top floor is independent of the lower floor; it also has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. With a wood-burning fireplace in the lower living room, the entire house has central pellet heating. The house has a fenced-in yard with a covered terrace with a masonry barbecue and spit, and a children's playground with swings, a slide, and a sandpit. Children under 12 years old do not pay for the accommodation, while a crib is available for toddlers on request. Pets are welcome and no additional charge is required.
