The Breza holiday house is located in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Šoderica, 13 km from Koprivnica. The house offers accommodation for 10+2 people. Ideal for nature lovers, as well as for anyone who wants to spend a few days relaxing by swimming in the lake, walking, cycling (Mura, Drava route) or fishing in the nearby lakes or the Drava River. There are 4 bicycles for guests, table football, darts, kayak for 2 people, children's playground and barbecue in the yard, quad rental possible. The space We have two floors; On the ground floor there are two double rooms (one with access to its own terrace), a bathroom with a toilet, a living room with a wood fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. The upper floor is independent of the lower one; it also has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. In addition to the wood-burning fireplace in the lower living room, the whole house has central pellet heating. The house has a fenced yard with a covered terrace with a brick barbecue and a spit, and a children's playground with swings, a slide and a sandbox. Children up to 12 years of age do not pay for accommodation, while a cot is available for small children on request. Pets are welcome and no extra charge is required.
