This converted former farm building is within view of Dartmoor National Park’s most famed beauty spot and well loved ancient tor, Haytor Rock, and now provides three fantastic holiday properties. The space Accommodation The front door opens into a spacious entrance hall with bench seating, coat hanging and cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. Stairs lead up to the first floor open plan living area which boasts a light and airy vaulted ceiling as well as a large feature window with stunning long distance views. Lounge area with large four seater sofa, Smart TV and DVD. A modern gloss kitchen with an induction hob, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment is complemented with the dining table to comfortably seat four guests. Bedroom 1 with 5ft king bed, chest of drawers, open hanging and ensuite cloakroom with WC and wash basin. To the ground floor, a wonderful nights sleep will be enjoyed in Bedroom 2 which is furnished with a beautiful and striking upholstered winged 5ft king bed and wardrobe. A sumptuous and luxurious bathroom is adorned with an elegant roll top bath, separate shower, twin wash basins and WC. Outside Grassed garden area with pathway to front door.
