Our spacious two-storey, four-bedroom home has been thoughtfully designed with both comfort and relaxation in mind. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a king bed, spectacular water views, and a private ensuite featuring a bath, shower, toilet and vanity. The second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for kids or friends. A full bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and vanity services the smaller room. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas are truly the heart of the home, offering panoramic views of Lake Macquarie. The dining table seats eight comfortably, though we've easily hosted ten during family gatherings. The living area has a large TV for relaxing evenings and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need - including a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, Nespresso machine, appliances and full sets of cookware and cutlery. We’ve also included a selection of board games to enjoy some classic family time. Downstairs offers two more bedrooms and additional space to spread out. One is a generously sized king room with water views, and the other features a queen bed, both fitted with high-quality, comfortable mattresses. A third bathroom downstairs includes a shower, toilet and vanity. There's also a large laundry space that opens into a spacious rumpus area with its own couch. This area is ideal for older kids to hang out or for couples looking for a quiet corner to relax in the mornings. The house sits on a large 1,200 sqm block with a backyard that you’re welcome to explore. If there’s fruit in season, feel free to pick and enjoy it - just be mindful that the back of the property is still a work in progress, so watch your step and only eat what you’re certain is safe.
