Our apartment on the ground floor, near the health resort of Oberhof in a beautiful hiking and skiing area, is 42 m² and suitable for a maximum of 3 people. It has a separate entrance. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. A children's travel cot and a children's highchair are available. In the eat-in kitchen there is a dining area with wicker furniture, a cozy seating area with cable TV and radio as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a fridge with freezer. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. From the spacious furnished terrace in the garden with seating area, Hollywood swing, parasol, garden grill and loungers, you have a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding mountains of the Thuringian Forest and the Rennsteig. Wi-Fi is available throughout the living area. There is a parking space on the property. Bicycles, skis or sleds can be safely stored. Smoking is only allowed outside (terrace, garden). There is a minimum stay of 5 nights over the turn of the year and during the annual Biathlon World Cup.
