Two Mountain Farm

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Situated on a working organic farm, you will enjoy a comfortable, updated farmhouse on a 52 acre property that boasts views of Mt. Kearsarge and Ragged Mountain. This peaceful retreat is perfect for two guests who want to spend time reconnecting with nature, while focusing on health and wellness. The property boasts multiple gardens, walking trails and a self-service farm stand that is open seasonally. The space You will have access to your own guest studio apartment, located on the second floor of the farmhouse, with a separate, private entrance from the outdoor deck. From the deck, you will enjoy views of the barn, gardens, forest and mountains. You will likely spend a significant time on the deck, which includes a propane grill and outdoor dining and patio furniture. The apartment entrance brings you into the living room and kitchen area which are open concept, filled with natural lighting from the windows facing Mt. Kearsarge, and skylights in the kitchen. The living room offers space for yoga and relaxation- yoga mat and blocks provided. Upon booking, you will receive a $10 credit for use at Sharing Yoga, which has several daily zoom classes. There is plenty of comfortable seating whether you prefer to lounge on the sectional couch or kick back in the Canadian rocker. The kitchen offers ample space for preparing delicious meals. If you wish to cook with seasonal produce from the farm, please let us know in advance and we will let you know what is available for a nominal fee. Let us do the harvesting and washing, and you will find it ready in your refrigerator upon arrival. Relax and unwind in the bathroom featuring a beautiful claw-foot tub with a shower, underneath its own skylight. The bathroom also has a separate, enclosed toilet, for extra privacy. The bedroom is charming, with a comfortable queen sized bed, overlooking the flower gardens and farm. There is a seating area in the bedroom with a small desk for reading, writing and reflecting. There is also a 32 inch Roku TV for accessing most streaming services. Outside there are walking trails and gardens to explore throughout the farm, with secluded areas for relaxation and meditation. Enjoy an evening by the campfire, soak in the two person hot tub, and contemplate the beauty of the forest, gardens and mountains. Guest access Guests will have access to the upstairs guest suite. This excludes a separate, private upstairs office which is a separate keyed entry. Guests have access to our driveway and all outdoor spaces and walkways. Guest may also use the 2 person outdoor hot tub on the premises. We ask that you do not enter our greenhouses or barn without permission. Guests may not access our private garage or first floor residence. Guests must be able to navigate a flight of stairs to the studio apartment. During your stay Anthony is readily available by text message or phone call for urgent requests. Karibuni! (Welcome!) Other things to note We are a working family farm. You are welcome to walk around the property, but please do not harvest any of our products without express permission. We grow for local area restaurants, our on site farm stand and a community supported agriculture program.
